InfluenciCo ("InfluenciCo", "we", "us", "our") operates the InfluenciCo platform at app.influencico.com (the "Platform"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect information about users of the Platform. By using the Platform you consent to the practices described below. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

When you sign in using a third-party provider (e.g. Google OAuth), we receive basic profile information from that provider. When Brands connect a Shopify store, we receive limited store metadata (store name, order counts). When conversions are postbacked to our Platform, we receive click IDs and conversion values from the Brand's tracking system.

In connection with any merger, acquisition, reorganization, financing, or sale of assets, information may be transferred to the successor entity, subject to this Privacy Policy.
We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Platform and to comply with our legal, tax, accounting, and dispute-resolution obligations.
You may request that we delete personal data at any time by contacting us. However, we may retain certain information where we have a legal obligation or legitimate business interest to do so (e.g. fraud prevention, tax records, dispute evidence).

The Platform is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe we have inadvertently collected data from a minor, contact us and we will delete it.
InfluenciCo is based in the United States. If you access the Platform from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States and potentially in other countries where our service providers operate. Where required by law, such transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards (e.g. Standard Contractual Clauses).
The Platform may contain links to third-party websites, affiliate product pages, or tracking pixels. Once you leave the Platform, we are not responsible for the privacy practices of the destination. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of every third-party service you interact with.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top and — for material changes — notify registered users by email and/or a banner on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
